|Note||When launched in 1994 the RiscPC600 was also available with 4MB RAM or 4MB RAM plus 1MB VRAM (and 2MB VRAM modules were soon available as an upgrade). Max RAM capacity is 256MB, but I think the largest "as new" was 32MB. HDDs were 210MB or 420MB in the initial specs, but over the production life (nearly ten years) many different sizes were offered.|
